Dinoherna, a newly opened part of our hotel, is adapted to the youngest up to 12 years. There is a baby corner, a large climbing tower, an arcade machine and a party room for private parties. Operating rules of Dinoherna Lužan
General rules
- Information on opening hours and prices is posted at the entrance to the gaming room and can also be found on the website www.hotelluzan.cz/dinoherna.
- The playroom is for children from 0 to 12 years of age. Children over the age of 12 may enter the play area, but must take extra care with the movement of small children.
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 who is fully responsible for them at all times. The operator assumes no obligation to supervise children.
- The playroom is divided into two zones. Zone 1 is located in the window area and is for children aged 0 - 3 years. Zone 2 is located at the rear of the premises (multi-store play structure) and is for children aged 0 to 12 years.
Hygiene
- Only shoes are allowed in the clean area of the playroom, socks are required for hygiene reasons. We recommend that children wear long-sleeved clothing with long sleeves and legs, non-slip socks.
- Consumption of food and drink is strictly prohibited outside the designated areas. Designated areas are defined as the area with tables and chairs and the lounge area.
Do not leave hot drinks unattended where children can reach them.
- Only food and drink purchased in our playroom may be consumed, with the exception of baby food and food for people with special dietary requirements and allergies.
No glass or porcelain containers may be brought into the playroom area.
- Persons suffering from contagious disease, nausea, quarantine, or under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances are prohibited from entering the playroom.
- The entire area is non-smoking and no animals are allowed.
- All hygiene related to changing should only be done in the toilet, where there is a changing counter and a waste bin for used nappies.
Safety and correct use
- Before entering each attraction, read the instructions for using the attraction.
- To ensure the safety of all children, personal toys, hard or sharp objects are not allowed throughout the play area.
- All persons entering the play structure must not be wearing or carrying jewelry, buckles, scarves, mobile phones or other sharp objects.
- Climbing the netting of the structure and climbing up the slides is prohibited.
- All pieces of playroom equipment may only be used in accordance with their intended use. All play equipment and toys are to be used at the user's own risk, regardless of the operator's obligation to maintain the equipment in working and safe condition.
- As a matter of principle, the operator assumes no responsibility for the supervision of children or for any injuries to visitors to the playroom. Any injuries to children caused by their unsafe behavior are the full responsibility of the person accompanying them. The management of the children's playroom is not responsible for such injuries.
- It is also the responsibility of the chaperone or parent to ensure that the entrusted child uses the play equipment with respect to other children and does not endanger them.
- The manufacturer of the attractions guarantees the safety of the individual equipment by means of certificates and declarations of conformity. The rides comply with the highest safety requirements and are regularly inspected and reviewed.
- The design is certified as safe in accordance with the Czech regulations of the European Union concerning "attractions and playground equipment" (Standard ČSN EN 1176-1 ed.2: 2018 and ČSN EN 1176-10: 2009). The manufacturer and supplier guarantee the safety of the attraction with their certificates, and the attraction is inspected and regularly revised.
- Parents/chaperones can enter the play structure with their children, and the same rules apply to them as to children.
- Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by their own negligence and intent or for damage caused to other visitors when using the play structure. Any damage caused by a minor is the full responsibility of the chaperone, parent or legal guardian of the child.
- The operator shall not be liable for damage to health or property on the premises.
- Visitors may communicate any concerns or faults regarding the operation to the staff.
- If the capacity of the gaming room is exceeded, the operator is entitled not to admit additional visitors for safety reasons.
Other points
- Visitors can use lockers to lock their personal belongings free of charge.
Keys are available from the staff. If the key is not returned or is lost, a fee of CZK 200 will be charged to change the lock.
- The operator is not liable for loss, theft or damage to movable property while on the premises, even in lockers.
- Photography for professional purposes or printing is only possible with the prior permission of the management.
- The gaming premises are equipped with a CCTV system. The recording is made in accordance with the applicable legislation. By paying the entrance fee you agree to their use.
- The visitor acknowledges and consents to the taking of photographs for the purpose of reporting what is happening in the playroom. In case of disagreement, please report to the operator.
- By paying the admission price and entering the playroom premises, the visitor expressly agrees to these Operating Regulations and General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with these Operating Regulations and the instructions of the operator's staff.
- Visitors who do not comply with the Operating Rules of the gaming room, or who endanger other visitors of the gaming room by their behaviour, may be reprimanded by the staff of the gaming room and, after subsequent disobedience, banned or even permanently excluded, without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.
